Visit any of our Local Partners locations - restaurants, shops, markets, farms, stores, boutiques, cabin rental companies, outdoor adventure locations, etc. (see list of partners below), and present your Open Arms Advocate Card and our Local Partner will donate 10% of your pre-tax purchase to Open Arms of Blue Ridge. That's a significant contribution and all you have to do is present your Open Arms Advocate Card prior to making your purchase (cannot be combined with any other offer, and Local Partners might have other restrictions from time to time). Sign up to receive an Open Arms Advocate Card or simply attend any Open Arms event or function.

Your Advocate Card will have an ID number specifically registered to you, so we will be able to track who is presenting their card and at what locations "out on the town". So visit our Local Partners when you decide to go rafting, tubing, fly fishing, boating, skeet shooting, or golfing and before you dine out, shop, or listen to music (in downtown Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Blairsville or Hiawassee), AND PRESENT YOUR Advocate Card and let our Local Partners (LPs) will do the rest. In addition to their donations each month, our LPs will offer one-of-a-kind specials that will be communicated to you via the Open Arms E-Newsletter, providing cardholders with additional offerings for food, drinks, cover charges, admission fees, clothing, adventure-wear, art, and other merchandise.

On the front of the Open Arms Advocate Card, you will notice five logos. These are five of our Legacy Partners. Legacy Partners are local restaurants, shops, destinations and/or service providers that have committed to assisting Open Arms of Blue Ridge with donated food items and other merchandise for each and every Open Arms event scheduled throughout the year. This includes food for Casino Night, merchandise for Breakfast with Santa, volunteers for other events, as well as material and cash donations to the Open Arms of Blue Ridge Residential Child care Home. Strategic partnerships like our Legacy Partners and other Local Partners are a true blessing for Open Arms and more specifically, they enable our organization to be strategic in our efforts to help local children effected by abuse and neglect. With partners like these... we can and will make a difference in the lives of children.

Campaign Highlights

Advocate Cards will be made available to anyone who donates $50.00 or more to Open Arms of Blue Ridge. Open Arms Advocate Cards will be made available at all Open Arms functions and events and at participating Local Partner locations.
